Last updated: September 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service (https://furayoshi.com), and tells You about Your privacy rights under applicable law (including EU/Italian rules where relevant).

Company: Gobbo Francesco, Corso Casale, 66, Asti, Italy. Website: Furayoshi (https://furayoshi.com). Contact: [email protected]

Interpretation and Definitions

  • Company / We / Us / Our: Gobbo Francesco.
  • Cookies: Small files placed by websites; see our Cookies Policy (/legal/cookies-policy) for details.
  • Device: Any computer, mobile device, or tablet used to access the Service.
  • Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service: The Website at https://furayoshi.com.
  • Usage Data: Data collected automatically when using the Service (e.g. IP address, browser type/version, pages visited, time/date of visit, time spent, device identifiers).
  • You: The individual accessing the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf they access it.

What data we collect

Information you provide directly

We do not require registration, accounts, or login to use this site. We do not ask for usernames, passwords, email addresses, addresses, or phone numbers unless you contact us voluntarily (e.g., by email to [email protected]) or through donation/support pages.

If you choose to contact us or support via external donation links (e.g., Buy Me a Coffee, Patreon, Ko-fi, PayPal via /support/donation/), any data you provide is handled by those external platforms, not by us.

Automatically collected Usage Data

When you visit the Service, we may collect automatically:

  • Your Device’s IP address (e.g., 203.0.113.42 or IPv6 equivalent).
  • Browser type and version.
  • The pages of our Service that You visit.
  • The time and date of Your visit.
  • The time spent on those pages.
  • Unique device identifiers (if available from the browser/OS).
  • Other diagnostic data (referrer URL, screen resolution approximate, operating system).

This data is used only for basic site operation, security, and to understand general traffic patterns; it is not used to build individual profiles or for behavioral advertising.

Tracking technologies and storage

We do not use embedded analytics (Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible, Fathom), advertising scripts, pixel tags, web beacons, or third-party tracking tags on this site.

  • LocalStorage: We use browser localStorage for two purposes only:
    1. Theme preference (furayoshi-theme) — black / dark / light.
    2. Cookie/notice banner preference (cookieBannerDisplayed) — if the banner is shown. These are stored locally on Your Device and are not transmitted to any server.
  • No cookies are set by the site itself for tracking, authentication, or analytics.

For full details, see our Cookies Policy /legal/cookies-policy.

Our /support/affiliates/ page contains referral links to external services (e.g., Vultr, Contabo, Revolut, CoinBase, Minds, Odysee, SafeCreative, Streamlabs, Twilio, Artlist, Blender/BlendKit, Humble Bundle, Creative Fabrica, GameDev Market, etc.). When you click those links, You leave our Service and go to the third-party’s domain. Those third parties may collect Usage Data, cookies, or other information according to their own policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their data practices.

Because these are external links, not embedded scripts, we do not receive tracking data back from them. We do not share Your Personal Data with these partners; interaction occurs only when You choose to visit their sites.

How we use Your data

We use the minimal data described above only for:

  • Providing and maintaining the Service (serving pages, theme persistence, basic security).
  • Understanding aggregate traffic (e.g., which sections are visited most) to improve content.
  • Responding to voluntary communications (e.g., emails to [email protected]).
  • Complying with legal obligations (e.g., if required by Italian/EU authorities).

We do not use Your data for:

  • Behavioral advertising or profiling.
  • Selling or renting Your Personal Data.
  • Automated decision-making with legal/significant effects.

Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent Your Personal Data. We may disclose information only:

  • If required by law or to enforce our terms.
  • To protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud.
  • If You explicitly consent (e.g., via external donation platform terms you agree with separately).

Any data shared with external donation/affiliate platforms happens only because You choose to visit those platforms; we are not an intermediary that passes data on Your behalf.

Data retention

  • Usage Data (IP, browser info) is retained only as long as necessary for server logs / security, typically short-term (days to weeks) and aggregated where possible. We do not maintain long-term individual logs.
  • Voluntary communications (emails) are retained only as long as needed to respond or as required by law.
  • LocalStorage preferences remain until You clear them via browser settings.

Your rights (EU / Italian)

If You are in the EU/Italy, You have rights under GDPR regarding Your Personal Data:

  • Access: request confirmation and a copy of data we hold about You.
  • Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: request deletion (where no legal obligation prevents it).
  • Restriction: request limited processing.
  • Portability: request transfer of data you provided to us.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. Because we collect very minimal data and do not use accounts, many requests may be satisfied by clearing localStorage or noting that no profile exists.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data transmitted over HTTPS. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Because we do not store sensitive data (no passwords, no payment info on our servers), risk is minimal.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly. Contact [email protected].

International transfers

Our servers and service are primarily hosted in Italy / EU. If external donation platforms process data outside the EU, that is governed by their own policies, not ours.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of changes.
